Daryl D. Kraft, Founding Owner and CEO of Environment Control Building Maintenance Company, is a native Californian and 1965 graduate of Biola University. In 1963 he purchased a small janitorial business while still in college and subsequently incorporated it in 1970. As President, Doug's leadership is rooted in a lifetime of experience with Environment Control companies. His love for people and desire to see owners and employees succeed shape the priorities of the EC program. From his early days of running a franchise to his ongoing oversight at the Corporate Office, Doug ensures that Environment Control companies continue to receive the support necessary for their success.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Jeff is the primary point of contact for individuals considering an Environment Control franchise opportunity. Jeff has spent his career life focused on keeping EC at the cutting edge of everything from sales and marketing to efficient systems and strategic consultation. As a college student, Jim was a part-time employee in the Environment Control Greater Columbus franchise. In 1992, he became the owner of the East Cleveland franchise. After successfully operating and expanding the Cleveland area, Jim accepted a position with the Franchisor in 2013 to make his experience available to all owners.
With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Greg continues to bring a world of practical benefit to company owners through his extensive purchasing experience, EC property management, and ongoing consultation for Insurance related issues. His expertise continues to give Environment Control a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Susan draws on her MBA, CPA, and 14 years experience as the Chief Financial Officer of her family's engineering company to consult with franchise owners. This valuable service includes such areas as tax planning, lines of credit, financial analysis, purchase of capital assets, etc.
